The reality about gifts from NPC other than quest reward

nothing much to say. screenshots say it all

when i asked about this to Guidemax(this was the 4th time i was asking them, everytime same answer "not possible" unfortunately i didn't take the screenshots on the previous occasions i asked them)

I wanted to make HK Super Shue and here Guidemax Told me this
