Why getting Stucked in Pressing ok after giving User id and

Dear sir,

In my cafe in all pcs when we start game , after giving user id and password when we press ok its getting Stucked Showing in Left Upper Corner Connecting.. but its not going more than that nor we enter to the charecter room. its my Sify Gamedrome problem or Your Server problem Check it and Do Resolution asap
