Regarding In Game questions

I have a few questions which i wanted to ask. I am listing them down:

1. How many times can we reconnect before we are disconnected from the server because every time i try to reconnect within some duration 3 times the 4th time i get server error and asks me to close the game.

2. I sometimes get hung after playing a long time i.e. if i am 24 hours on the server sometimes the game just hangs is it due to some internal server error because other programs in my computer work just as well.

3. In the post of preventing hacking keylogger is said to be one tool used to hack other people's accounts. First of all how can i know if a computer in a cyber cafe is having any such tool and can the cafe owners be trustable enough and do they have enough time to actually look up requests like removing such softwares from the machines what is the best way to overcome such softwares if i am going to a new cafe for playing A3 india.

4. I wrote about this before but i was asked to ask a3support and i did that from where i was again directed to forum gamedrome list. But my question still stands where can i get a decent cafe hosting A3 India in the vicinity of Baner Road in Pune. As you are the GMs i am hopeful you have better interaction with Game Jockeys and can direct me to a correct person so that this issue can be resolved.

5. I was asked on phone by A3 India team to confirm my identity a long time ago before A3 India became paid and was assured as being a long time player would receive a free gift of t-shirt and game CD which was either not delivered or the whole plan was scrapped as the game got paid. Just wanted to confirm was this a geniune event that happened.

6. I already have bought the CD last month but still have not managed to find a suitable place as i dont have a computer at my home, to play the same again in Baner Road in Pune.

7. There are two or three cafe's nearby my place but they only offer option to surf is there any way i can use or convince them or ask them to contact you so that A3 India can be played from the same cyber cafes.
