Question no. 1 : How long does it take to check if some char is stuck and to wrap it/ DC it?
Question no. 2 : what is the use of knowing my profile details to see if my char is stuck online since nearly 24 hours now?
Question no. 3 : Is this how good u have become after 2 years running this game?
Question no. 4 : when can i log in again with my char (it's still shown as online)?
Question no. 5 : Is this some kinda revenge that u extract from players who try to reason against ur irresponsible services?
Question no. 6 : i lost 1 day of game play(sunday, which means more then usual days, what compensation u offer for it)
Question no. 7 : who in the world will store renewal details which was done months back?
Question no. 8 : why don't u have a phoneline for customer care like other organisations?
will pm the interact ID if necessary.

What if some one els want your character to be logged off for some reason? how do we believe that its there character for this reason we need details on the character.
