Are all level 1 shue's the same?

I am a noob mage and just bought a lvl 1 shue. Do all lvel 1 shue's purchased have the same stats? The one I got has the following:

Raise magic power 1
Raise Attack Bonus fire 1
Raise Attack Bonus Ice 1
Raise Attack Bonus Lightening 1

Well nobody replied to this post so I thought I would add what I was told. Every time you buy a shue you take your chances onn the stats it has. So from what I understand the shues are all different when you buy them. If I am wrong about this I hope somebody will correct me.

yes stats are random, i think i should leave or sell my lvl 7 shue with only lightning and normal def(i buy a egg before to see stats)
