GameMaster's,
In this section only moderators can reply to this post.. i know you have done this to avoid unnecessary spamming in this section.
But can't you do that the person who has Started this thread can post reply. so that user's dont have to make New topic everytime of the same Issue..
This also will make this section look neat n clean..
