The whole concept was made that way...!!

But if you follow the story..Its actually a curse..!!

Long ago, When some of the people were vexed with war, battle and bloodshed, they wanted to quit the army of Rabellu and go over to Wolfreck and lead a peaceful life but Rabellu didnt let that happen..

She put up a curse on them saying that even if they do leave, they will never be able to leave their weapons and their urge to fight and kill..!! Thats the reason teh weapon never drops..!!

Lola ! Firstly my whole merc set has dropped excpt its set........but that guy's askin do mercs "DROP", well no idea cause my merc has done a bit of shit (drop) till now
