First how its programed for renewal details ? whether it mentions ur accound expires shorty ?
it specifies xtact details ... for money ur able to put t xcat date time ... so on... then whts ur prob in telling t date for epi3 r epi 2 part2 .... I always tell u stick to time but it doesn't mean tht there is no need for mentioning time n date ....
Don't tell me tht testing is till going on ? cause more bugs r found by us so wht testing ur doing ? do u ever hear t words QoS,Customer satisfaction ? r u higher officials r not interested in their job n not getting work done by u ?
