hi..i'm not able to reply to my own post..btw i'm Lpark here... as i told u i havnt got ne reply frm a3support ...how can i get an Intract ID...and yea...if u want i can foward d mail to u if u can gimme some email address of urs...help me get my char back...its an Xpensive CHAR :D ..2 Uni :((

Check now you will get a reference id or a intract id from them. Kindly check that and give it to us.
