ISSUE with Issues section

This method of blocking reply from players in issues secion is really
bad and its bcome the ISSUE. pls stop this thing and switchback to the
old style where any1 can post replies. I dont think everything is spam
over here( maybe 1 out of 10 ).

and dont ask questions when ppl cant reply.

Moreover every1 will start creating new topics for replying and for
getting updates from you.

Playes are given the option of making updates to their topics using the edit option.

This way. One person, One topic, One issue relation is maintained.
