noob questions about A3

I have just registered for free and dont know much about this game, I played WoW and wanted to know from users about how good is thisgame compaired to World of Warcraft since A3 is a South Korean game which flopped and they closed it down there and relaunched it here.

The basic data will be good like how many people actually play it and how many servers are there or is every one on the same server etc.

How many levels are there for a player to lvl up and what is the market economy like. In WoW they have a fairly sophistecated Auction House system in game so players can log off and still have their items bought and most of the money is made in that way. So does this game have a Auction House like WoW.

I will go through the game guide for these ans. but if someone could help me out I will be thankful.

First, I think no two MMORPGs can be compared truly to each other. One can't compare WoW to EQ or DAoC and vice versa. So it will not be fair to compare A3 with WoW.

There is only one server in A3 called Redyan. There are roughly 1000 active players on A3. (wild guess)

As of now maximum level for any character is 165. In comparison to any other popular MMORPGs, leveling up is easier till 130. After that higher you go, more difficult it will be to level up. Market economy is moderate. NPCs have limited items and have very high rate for the items. There are no vendor or online auction system. The characters can set up a shop.

The Major drawback of A3: It's only licensed by Sify. So no content or game improvement can happen ever. It's an unwritten policy that "play it, if you like it or Quit it, if you don't like it, but nothing will change in A3 India, be it content or Guides/GMs behaviour".

I'm not sure what content you're referring to, but a lot of changes have been introduced into the game.

a lot of changes have been introduced into the game..
previous days when i used to mail a3support they reply within 12 hours .. but now ...huh...
my current position of mails is .. i have sent a mail on 14th january.. no reply.. then again one on 15 th jan.. again no reply... & till now i have sent my 7th mail.. still no reply.. so u can say that "a lot of changes have been introduced into the game"

well i nvr faced any problem wid support , they allways replied me on time , ya but the game sucks due to lagg and hack issues otherwise a3 rocks

I ACCEPTED U MADE SME CHANGES IN A3 BTW AFTER MAKING CHANGES DELAYING STARTED LIKE HELL ....A3 INDIA GUIDE STILL NOT UPDATED...NO PROPER RESPONE FROM A3 SUPPORT ..AND FROM GMS TOO IN FORUMS..GUIDES STILL ARE DUMB!!!

Firstly, Wow has over 8 million players worldwide .. so u better not compare it to THIS game

I'd rate A3 somewhere in the low "H" grade!.. This game is an endless grind , where the quests are soo frickin boring, It's basically u rinse and repeat the same damn thing liek 2435432134 times.

I was playing since the beta stages of this game, and thankfully quit like 2-3 years back and moved on to Wow.

There's no such thing called AH in a3.As the previous poster mentioned above.. u can set up a shop when ur logged on, and Yes! it eventually goes off when u dc.

Talking about Pvp, In this game Gear > skill and the characters/spells are not at all balanced ..And there is NOTHING u can do to slow down a person running away from combat ..ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!..U are enabled/tagged for PVP once u leave ur town

And not to mention the SPAM! The list goes on...

And finally ppl worth mentioning are the GM'S!
Damn!! they are soo awesome! They respond to ur queries/issues in an instant.. -_- <--- [sad panda face]

Ps: What server and realm do u play on..?

there is a high lvl char in game called guidemax, pm her for help, If u r realllllly lucky she may reply, and if she actually helps u out, u r like the luckiest guy in the world
