BSNL is down again!!

well on my other thread u claim to have fixed the connectivity issues for BSNL and Airtel well guess what .... ur wrong!! The bug hasn't been fixed it just somehow by some miracle works for 1 day after every 2 weeks and i get to play for 2 days every 4 weeks.

You can't say it's an ISP thing cause when i play on SG server there is no lag and no issues with the connection and i still use BSNL ... so if u guys are trying to get users to move to Sify well then just let us u know cause i'm not going to change my ISP just to play this game.

I request you to take the time n respond to this and please for heavens sake tell us what the problem is and give us a date by when it will be fixed and not give one of ur standard responses ... cause the Guides have no clue and they say they can only do so much ... so somebody better stand up and take responsiblity for this ... and if this goes on nobody is gonna bother to play when u make it P2P cause god knows how much money we have to spend to buy a card and sit here and type out complaints that we get no response to.

I have lost complete faith in u guys and i'm pretty sure there are more like me out there cause to take more than a month to fix a major issue juts shows that the management is incompetent ... and the fact that u guys don't even respond to these messages simply underlines 'the management is incompetent'

And another thing ... plz remember that we are on the same team ... and by that i mean both of us want this game to be a success and the fact that we are still sticking to this game considering all the mmorpg options available to us just goes to show our passion for this game.

So if u want to turn ur back on me and the others atleast have the courtesy to let us know!!!

Gm's there is no point in fixing the problem for 1 day...i mean how did u manage to make everything fine fr just 1 day and screw it all up again....does this mean we will have to wait another 3 weeks before we can play the game again????and can u please atleast let us know WHAT the problem is...

Dudes atleast it worked for a day.......Here in college my connection is a 128kbps dedicated but hasnt worked since a month and like its very pissing off.
Since the begining they say they are fixing it but nothing seems to have happnd
So much as GmKarr in the game told me prob is fixed and must be some other prob and to check with the ISP or reinstall the game

I've spent a mill on public shouts so tht they atleast hear the plea and do sumthin about this!!....hmmm...let's see... ob is on by 11th august gm's given me word it'll be fixed by then.....

dude we have been hoping for 3 weeks and when it was fixed it just took a day for the problem to come back.at this rate i dunno if they will ever be able to fix the problem

i just hope they can fix it before OB releases.

Ah, feels good to be back. @gadgada- Exactly what i wanted to say. Ifthe problem is not fixed inOB, adn i sitll hit like a schoolboy, then im quitting A3 for good. Right nowim playing RO, way better conns.
