i heard when ur favour reaches a max u start getting items like Small juego from kaduru etc is it true ?

if it is true then does the item recived from npc vary from each NPC

plzz if it is true can u specify the items,,

Is it true that if u hv more favour u get more options in ur items when u identify

favour near respective healer and identfity are related or not ?
