Gms......Holymackerel got banned cos he was considered the hacker who hacked my account......but it wasnt his fault........
Korath's previous owner was a friend of mine......we used to share account(NOT ANY MORE) and he transfered my set and items to holymackerel for safe keeping when many ppl were getting hacked....
the thing is he didnt inform me....he is in hyd and im in chennai.....when i logged into my char in chennai...i couldnt find my set......and thinking it got hacked i sent a claim......but when i went to hyderabad....i realised that my id wasnt hacked......and i got my set back from holymackerel who had kept it for safe keeping......but the guides thinking that he had hacked my account banned his. I think this is very wrong as he didnt have anything to do with this. He already got banned for hacking Darksoul which he didnt even do.....So i request you to help him and release his account as he doesnt get any replies from either a3 support or the guides or gms......
Innocent proven guilty.....

What is happening Gmdiablo, the case we spoke about Holymackerel being innocent. He is eventually been found guilty of something he did not commit. The options given to him are, character permanently banned or to accept penalty and be delevel by 5 levels & complete item & wz swap. He contacted me & told me about this. Please do something to prevent this injustice as I have told you what has happened. Please help me out here.

Please explain this to me Gmdiablo, why are you people after his life? When I am telling you people he did not hack me then why are you running after him. I am repeating " HE DID NOT HACK ME" I was sharing my ID with my friend who knows him, you people may know my friend as Mohit ( who used to play Korath) he lent him my set without telling me and when I went to Hyderabad, he told me that my set was with him( Holymackerel) when I asked him for the set he gave it back to me after making it better. When someone like him has done so much for a stranger like me, why are you penalising him when the fault is mine????? He is innocent. Please read my 1st post & I have also spoken to Gmfirst about this issue. Please try ans do something here, most importantly Gmdiablo do what is right here. This penalty is very wrong on A3's part.
We gave a strict warning against false claims during the server rollback issue. We also gave out a confession system for those who took items to let us know which i am sure most of you would have found it to be humorously stupid.
1. You should have checked with your friends before making a claim with us.
2. You should have atleast informed us before the claim was processed.
3. Your friends could ve informed the confession GM and we would ve retrived the items to you.
Above all that the first time the GM asked you about these items inside the game you did not open up until the GM pointed it out. It shows that you never wanted to let us know it was a false claim voluntarily.
Your friend taking items without your knowledge may be permissible to you but it is not to us. Besides we have also strictly advised against sharing accounts. An argument based on sharing accounts is completely null.
Either he has hacked your account or you have tried to manipulate the item retrieval system. So which one is it ?
@latoo - what help was he trying to do by taking the items from his char. He was only helping himself and another mage buddy of his by taking these items.

Ahem.......i can explain all this.....
firstly......i did all i could to contact him.....
1.Mohit had changed his cell no....so i had no way of contacting him....
2.I already informed u ppl that i have posted a claim....in case u wish to know u can check the previous posts i have put up in the questions to Gms sections
3.I didnt get what ur trying to tell me in this 3rd point....
And about the Gms asking me ingame....Gmfirst was online but afk when i contacted him....and then i was afk when he contacted me....Gmfirst said hed be back in 15 min.....i was online for 2 hrs...still no sign of gmfirst.....
So.....i guess u are misunderstanding what im trying to say....
I accepted my penalty....my char was banned for 3 weeks or so....
even though i didnt deserve it...agreeing that it was my mistake that i didnt find out first.....but what did Holymackerel do...its cos of me indirectly that he got banned.....and it will be my fault if he gets permanently banned.....cos he had nothing to do with this....Plz Gm think with a cool mind and give a favourable reply....im not pressurising u....just asking u to go thru what happened and then come to a decision....

Why do you guys do this I really fail to understand. I told you i was in Hyderabad sutime back, much before all this happened. I met Holymackerel & Darksoul, they told me everything about this. Maybe you do not know but this person who plays Holymackerel is a wonderful person. Maybe you must try meeting him sometime. He n all de Sify going people are trying to catch Kamesh , this person who hacks all the a/c's from Hyderabad. Ask ur in game tester Gogul aka Freshia. If you GMs n guides only listened to the players and saw you would know. I tell you he is not a hacker. I will also revert to Darksoul to post some replies here regarding his hacking issues. Correct me if I am wrong but after the apparent hacking issue concerning Holymackerel, he was hacked again was'nt he????
