A/C Hacked - Khamba

Hi GM,

My char name is Khamba. My a/c got hacked more than a month back. I have been sending mails to a3support since then. I understand it takes time to get these things sorted out but now I am seeing that other people are getting their stuff within a week. So why is my issue being dragged on for so long. I keep getting mails asking for my info and I keep providing it but nothing actually happens. I have got my ID back but without my stuff. It is completly empty. Please see to it that my matter is sorted out quickly so that I can start playing again.
