First nd foremost. I had a previous problem with a banned id of mine, Gmkarr came online personally and solved it. He then promised me tht I would get that id back within a few days. It's been like, what, 3months now and I STILL HAVENT GOT A DECENT REPLY REGARDING THAT ID. How can you come and tell me that I would get it back and then take your own sweet time in doing what is necessary?? If Gmkarr reads this, I want him online once more. I DO NOT NEED THAT ID. You can keep that for yourselves. I gotta sort this out with Gmkarr.

And now during the glitches of the server. After you people shutdown the server for various reasons and after it came back up, my Iartekk was missin. You said to send a 5k message to Eventgm with he details and I did. DOES IT TAKE MORE THAN A MONTH TO CHECK IF I HAD ONE OR NOT?? Or are you just lazy?? And comin to being lazy, when I had requested a restoration of a few of my items and my lore, all you restored was 2-3 parts and left the others. Why is that?? Lazy or not, that's for you to tell me. I send a mail again, I get another claim id, I register it with Eventgm again and still nothing happens. Seriously, what am I supposed to think??? I sent numerous mails regarding my issues to [email protected]. All I get is the automated reply and the one that follows.

My first claim id was 4409791 and my second one was 4429859.
The mail Interact id is 2204442

And with the KH wars comin up, I have to shell out another 100m to buy the stuff again. I seriously need the stuff returned ASAP along with my lost lore. I have run out of patience and I want somethin done immediately.

Regarding your banned id what took you so long to come and ask what happened to it.

You almost took some 3 months time to inform us that what happened to your character how would you expect us to believe that the account still belongs to you.

If you made a request kindly follow it up. Don’t expect us to come and ask you are it fixed.

If a case comes to us we will wait for maximum time of a week. If the

Player is not interested to follow it with the GM's then we will close it.

If you want it back send a mail to [email protected].

If you’re not interested then it’s up to you.

Regarding you character restoration what ever is mentioned in your mail is been fixed and we even game time to players to recheck and get back to you, If you not intrested doing it then we cant do any thing on it.

But GM i find this Hypocritical..
Is the aim to make players run around beg on your feet till you come up with a response?
Well may be not.
But i have done all that also..
Still i donot get a reply..
No info as to why am i not able to log in.
Sorry to say, but dude it takes more than words to mean what u say.

Err Gmdiablo , seriously dude, don't get on my nerves. U THINK IM FREEKIN MAD NOT TO MAIL YOU ABOUT MY BANNED ID AND ALL MY STUFF. IF U LOGIN AND CHECK THE MAILS ONCE A YEAR, YOU'LL FIND ALL MY MAILS ROTTING THERE. PLEASE FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE, CHECK YOUR MAILS AND TELL ME THE NUMBER OF MAILS I'VE SEND THERE REGARDING ALL MY ISSUES. IF U CANT COUNT THAT MUCH, CALL ME, I"LL COUNT THEM FOR U.

You know there'a limit to what you can say and what you can't. If you just couldn't do what you've promised then don't make that promise. I'M PAYING YOUR SALARY AND NOT VICE VERSA. Why the hell should I keep sending mails over and over again? Shouldn't one mail be enough?? Or is it just you like wasting my time in typing all this over and over and over again?

Sheesh, IF I WAS UR BOSS, I'D FIRE U RITE NOW. But I guess am not. So do your stuff, get back my id and my items as fast as possible.

I've already given you my claim id'.

P.S : WHY DO U THINK I HAVE 2 CLAIM ID's??? COZ THE 2ND ONE IS FOR THE STUFF U DID'NT RESTORE. Or Maybe you could have but you were just too lazy.

atleast a nice reply is something every1 expts...why cdo u have to be so rude man?...i don see anything working around here..its just a pitty people still play here..the server shd have gone down long ago..

Coz he wants attention removed from the fact that he didn't do his job as expected. It's as simple as that.

Gmdiablo, I'm gonna send you a mail with all the details you need one last time and if i don't get a proper reply this time around, I swear I'm gonna make you look real bad. One last mail is all I'm giving you.

And get one more thing straight, YOU DO NOT GET TO CALL THE SHOTS HERE, I DO. Coz I'm paying for everything, I demand to get faster replies, ATLEAST A REPLY IN 1 WEEK AS YOU SAY NOT 1 MONTH.

Check your mail now atleast and get back to it.

ya gms.... wat da hell does dis mean dat dont expect us to cm and ask u if tis fixed.... holy *censored* dis is ur friggin job....its wat ur paid for god dammit... an moreover ur salaries are cmin outta our pockets....hv u heard of the phrase "the customer is always rite".... sheess i mean a month to return his things bak is too damn long....

an anyway tell me y wud a player not be interested in getttin his stuffs bak.....dis is jus showin us dat if we try an trust u an think dat if we are patient then well get our stuffs bak but dat doesnt seem to be the case here i gues.... da onli option left to us is probably spammin ur mail till u guys get da message...

an for da record i was always a supporter of the gms from da start of the game......even for the hakin on shared ids....dats their fault dey let it out..... but this is not even the players fault here...the least u cud do is give him more attention....dis made me realise how slow u ppl are

GMFirst i would like u to intervene in this regard.The above was the most ridiculous reply any GM can give in any game.Hes talking as if hes working in some Govt.Institution.So is this how u work???
