Whanhellz or Hellwanz .... it was frm some site in alien language (japanise) so google cant translete them properly...any way ..we got some Idea about this thing..... one more to go ::::
There is one more entrance to Grnita Health. But you will not be able to witness anytime soon. In Weidete, there is a Shrine of Hellwanz. You can TP from there too if you have already completed the quest. Apart from that no other routes exist to Grnita Health.

Grnita Scroll or 0 scroll is drop when the Tower Event is activated . The Grnita 0 Scroll drops only inside the Tower or Episode 4+ Maps. I did hear a rumor that Tower might be introduced to A3 India. But I aint that sure. Will let you know later about it. I just hope the game will last till all this can happen.
