CANOT LOGIN.. GM HELP

For 3 days now I am not able to login to server with my character.
Have sent mails to a3india. Below is my interact Id
AUTO-INTERACTID:2287771
Kindly Look Into the matter and resolve. The password has been reset. Still i am not able to logon.
Never happnd to me before. So kindly respond and resolve.

I said i hacked publicly?
What do you mean. I am amused that such an issue is raised against me..
Its almost funny that without doing anything such a case is there.
But what ever be the reason i want to know what it is, thats all i asked for. So that it can be resolved and i can play again.
Now i hope i am decent and clear in this post.

Oh i get it.
Please reconfirm with THE "So and So" about the same. Coz to my knowledge there should not be any issues arising with my charcter. Its pretty much in good shape and clean
