There's an old post here by Chief with a map of grnita. The place is organized as a maze of rooms, with different orders of creeps. These are all similar to regular creeps in Rangdel and Clarb maps, but tougher to kill. Also-they drop more wz than the regular ones.
Grnita was a leecher's heaven back in the day (hell, I was there from lvl 80-95), and it was common for noobs to go stand there in parties and leech to 100 in a day or 2.
(Ok old guys must be bored now..but this is a part of A3 India's history..so we oldy moldies need to explain!

The only way in used to be via a gate at the other end of C3..and the Hell Yatakes and Cynicks ensured that it was a deadly route for ppl with slow network or low lvl (below around 50)
Once they actually release it (along with Ep 3), well..things will be as they were before.

The Pillar at c2 is the base of the Statue dedicated to the Prime God of Weidete - Hellwanz.
In the tower event drops a scroll by the name of - 0 Scroll (Infact, Name is not available in english as it has not yet been translated from Japanese)
When one has the scroll, he can go to this statue to activate a 4 Step Quest.
Step 1:
Takes him inside to a portal where he comes acroos Jakaka and Yatake. You are supposed to spot the unique Jakaka (he shines silver) and kill him. Once you kill him, he drops his axe. Pick it up.
Step 2:
Guarded by dark demaratones and Hell Yatake is the entrance to the next chamber. On killing all the creatures, you get a Key which grants you access to the next chamber.
Step 3:
This is the difficult step. You need to find a secret door engraved in the wall. When you do, you need to solve a puzzle in 3 minutes which is quite difficult. When you do this you move ahead to the next step.
Step 4:
You meet Hellwanz. He speaks some shit in the strange language and you fight him. When you do ample damage on him, he becomes a soul and flees.
Then Billmade comes in and takes the Axe of Jakaka from you for further experiments and explains to you how Rabellu took the creatures of Egonyl and blessed them to make them more powerful to fight by her side against the humans and wants you to slay these creeps down. Hence opens the path to Grnita Health.
Grnita Health - Name comes from the fact that the creatures were blessed to have longer lives (in our terms, longer hp line).
This is the way one opens Grnita Health on any A3 Server. It was just made easy for you people by GM's just activating it.
When you complete the quest, you exit from the C3 Entrance. This is just done to indicate that Grnita can be accessed from C3 too.
