Help me plz i was hacked during server problem

Sir my character name is Babby a mage and i was hacked during server hacked so my nationality was changed and my stuffs was missing. . .
i got my stuffs back but i did'nt get my 2 machinaries back and lore points which were lost during server problem. . .

and my all stuffs were with blessing and my pants were 10% mounted with blessing lvl 5,, and my gloves were having +3 add def so i need those options in my stuffs back so please help me out sir w8ing for ur reply. . .

Your items have been retrieved based on data as of 17th Nov 2006. Also your lore points were retrieved.

We were not able to retrieve mercenaries.

All the other items have been retrieved already.
