My Charter Got Hacked Again..........Help..

Sir my charter name is christy. My charter gor hacked on 4th nov. and i got my charter back again few days before and all my stuffs. But again my Id is got hacked and the whole profile is changed and my pass too sir. I request you to plz retritive my id sir. and plz plz plz retritive sir.

And bythe way i know that to mail to support. and i got the id no.4536992.And i request to you sir plz take a good action and retritive back my charter with my stuffs.And about the hacker plz inform that in the foroums that every body in my cafe and the other will be careful about the hacker and the keyloggers.Plz plz take a good action sir and retritive back my id.

no answer till now. and the hacker would have been hacked all my stuffs .
u guides why cant you freez the charter when it is hacked. i told to guidemax about my charter been hacked and said to freez my account.
but she replyed that to mail you.and untill i mail t you and u take 24 hrs to answer( dont know when u will read my message). But plz return my charterwith my items i beg you. nd i cant spend whole time to return again with all my stuffs. Its a request to you diablo sir.
