WTF GUide and GM''s and A3 Team is not replying

Hi
Sir , from last 4 day's i am Enable to login my Charcter ."Devilesh"

i have reported to Guidemax and guidelul also.
but they say to mail to A3 support .
when we mail to A3 support they that plz give us 24 hours time to retrive your Acoount .
but till now They haven't Complet their job and they are also not Giving me reply .
On sunday 17/12/2006 when GMdiableo Came online when i said him that im Enable to login my charcter , with out giving any reply to us He went Offline .
these the way or manner wat the A3 team and GM's are helping the players in game issue.
When i asked to guides that wat's the problem they say that SO many of them are facing these and ur Id will be retrive sooon
but till now nothing is done by the Guides or A3 support team .
plz i need my charcter as soon as possible .

Please give me the INTERACT ID you recieved when you sent a mail to our support team reporting the account hack.

You will find the interact ID in the automated response we send to your email ID as soon as you send a mail to us.

they had just asked me my profil and said that they will forward my request to the concer A3 team . that's it I got in my mail
