Need help from experienced ppl.

hello ppl,
i have been playing this game for a year my id is sctudu, now somehow my id has become inactive or invalid just before 30 min from the event, sad i missed the event for first time. i had sent mail to gms and also got lot of instructions about 15 spaces to fill,
now the problem is i do not remember few of them, if this happened to you what did u ppl do. bcoz we dont sit with pen and paper while playing this game isnt it.

Sad now only GMS can help u.nobody else caus they ask it to clarify if ur the rightfull owner of the char

as far as ur profile s concrened if u wanna change it and u hav forgot details then simply there is another option of sending a mail to ur email id which u had provided when creating ur a3 id, sify will send u a mail to u in ur email address and there willl be a url in it and that can hlp u in changing ur profile, if ur id became inactive it can be coz u hadnt logged in to sify mail for may days or so just log in to sify mail change ur password if required. i think that cn do

still nothng then create another id and report to ingame guide.

u said it right i hadnt used sify mail for a year, that must have created the problem.
after i logged on id and after several attempts changed the password i was able to use my id again.thanks dude
