hi GMs, he had not able to login to his account....and i asked for his ID and pass immediately and went to sify.com and went to the forgottten password section....his secret word and date of birth had been changed over there...thankfully, his e-mail address was still the same...and he was succesfully able to change the password....i later again changed the password from bangalore...his place is dehradun.....i completely changed the profile too...i request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige...right now, we have transferred all the items in his account to some other character...Elmajico himself will be in touch with you guys shortly...

we have reported all the things that we have been doing to guidemax...we have not logged in to elmajco from here( am in the office...no A3 in office anyways
