a simple question regarding drop rate.

if i kill 100 s3 phameinos. how many sms, lms, g7s, g8s, etc,. am i suposed to get according to calculation of drop rates.
it's a lil complicated. but, being a GM who has exact drop chance values at hand. it ain't so tough.

Players please don't give a reply until GM answers (even if u know well about it this topic). lets see what GMs have to say.

This happend yesterday when we took out RED the toughest of all bossess.so from that pic it is clearly evident that LMS 90% from all bosses even "red".Just to kill it we waste so much cash and see wht it drops.

I say the no of players playing currently do the drop rate from bossess is very low i mean very low.Just before the RED we took out 3 phams inside and no drops from them.then the same party went to niff and S3 and took out all the bosses.Just in S3 one drop we got SS nothing else.

GMS wht u gonna reply now.if the players feel the drop rate is less it is ur job to increase it.if we all feel the same and be unhappy then there is no point in playing the game....[/url]

No one could have said it better than yourself. Same party went ahead and killed so many bosses. That shows the low concurrency of the map. When there are enough and more people up there killing the bosses, the drops will increase.
This is basic game mechanics of any MMOG. The higher you go the tougher it is. Especially if you are leading the rest of the pack by a large margin.

Oh u find that kinda party in only hunting and lvling and not in bossing.
Ok wht about the red that we hunted ."RED" dropping LMS even a pointy hair would have been more useful to me.so wht u say about that.there is only one red so u cant find more ppl hunting there.

Open nevia then u can see more ppl hunting and there wont be anycomplaints on bossess drop rates

As far as I have seen, in episode 1, only 1-3 bosses give good drops out of 10......and killing red is like gambling.....you might get lms as drops or might be getting grace........you should be prepared for that.

Gmfirst is right.
In hatrel, I have seen that which ever map has the least number of players in it, those bosses give drop.......decent drops.....atleast uj.

Hunt early morning in hatrel and u will find the drop rate to be high, b'cos there are less number of players online.

Correct me if I am wrong.

1. Red does not drop pointy hair

2. If the phams and Khailashs are not giving you good drops, how can you expect a higher level boss to give you a drop for every Kill.

Let me put it in simple terms.

There are 100 balls in a box. There are 5 white balls in it. If there is one person searching for it, he might get it the first time or the 100th time. Instead if 10 guys were searching for it, one of them will get it atleast by the 10th try. if 100 guys were trying it at the same time, 5 will get it at their first tries itself. More the people, higher the chance of drop.

This is how Monsters in C1 and S1 are dropping are more items today. Ask any player who was huntin last may about the drops in the same maps and the answer will be "Sad". Its not a permanent thing. As more players level up and come into high level maps the drops will increase there.

i didn't say anything about drop rate at all. it's a simple question of what drops(in total) i'll get if i kill 100 phameinos from s3. i don't hunt in parties, i always boss solo.

regarding tougher it gets at higher lvl. i used to make around 20-30 mi a day, bossing when i was lvl 120+. now, i find it tough to make even 10 mi a day. is this what you call tough at higher lvl.

You are asking for the percentage chances of drop of items from monsters. Sorry we dont have such an extensive guide yet.

If you are talking about the money you make by killing the boss, that remains the same and actually increases as you level up. But if you are including the items that are dropped by the bosses which are sold to NPC or to other players for more cash, then it will vary and simply means one of the following,

1. You are not lucky as you used to be since you are not the only one hunting boss now, some one else could have got a good drop and you would have got none.

2. People dont pay that much for the same items as these items are becoming more abundant as time passes by.

Abundant is what used by GM, k Correct me if I m work the items that are Abundant drops are SMS and LMS so you make it clear that bosses drop rarely and if they do drop the 95 % chances are those will be SMS & LMS

Bosses still drop the same amount. But its rare for you since somebody else has got lucky. Yes they are abundant, why else have the market prices gone down for these items now. Abundant in relative term compared to the prices 10 months back.
