btw as u guys told me in ur a3support mail

your request is accepted, your char will be retrieved with a
penalty of 2 de levels. GMs decision is final in this case

but i didnt got any penalty my lvl and exp was same can u plz tell i am going to get that penalty or not ???

Due to the delay in retrieving the char, the penalty has been withdrawn.
