Look...running an MMO is no joke. You need massive resources to handle multiple players playing at the same time, moreover consider they've been providing the game free of charge for more than an year (Mar 2005-July 2006). Getting a new episode is not a matter of just installing some patch on the server and opening it to the public.
They need to get permission from the original Korean developers, come up with a licensing or business plan and then intensive testing. You don't want the server to collapse the moment the new episode is announced and 2000 players log on together from various cafes!!
While it's true A3 is not as huge as WoW and others, it still takes time to set up things.
I've been out of the loop for nearly 5 months-but looking at older posts, it looks like gmfirst is at least trying his/her best to help people and resolve issues.
