Thanks to the GMs

Sorry to say but none of you guys recognized the hard work GMs are doing. I am pretty sure they have a very tight schedule and are working hard to get all the things done. They are returning the chars and the forums are even up now. This is a sign that they are really working hard now. Just wanted to say THANKS for the good work. Neither did i lost my char nor did GMs do anything to my char but i can see others coming back to the game. People who want to thank the GMs for their hard work and keeping the promises please post a "thank you" note for them here

Sure , we are completing the first phase of Item retrievals. All incomplete or missed out items,properties,stats claims will be completed before the 17th of Dec 2006.

We really appreciate your comments. About our customer care, they have improved a lot but it may not be visible yet due to the huge amount of mails they have been handling recently. We will still better our reporting methods for account and item hacks.
