What is this !!!!! this time u have to help me plssssssssss

Hi Gms,
I am very dis-appointed.In the evening i got a message "you are disconnected from the server please click ok to exit program" and i got this when i was in Tao party. I logged in again and asked other party mems did they got this also ???? but it happened to me only and again i got same message and i got dced. I logged in around 9-10 times in 1 hr and got this message again and again and same result DC DC DC.
when i got dced and logged again i saw myself nude and cloths put on my inventory i tried to wear them but wasn't able to do it , dunno y ?Also stuff in my strg like kardion crystals and stabilizers ETC they were in my inventory i wanna ask HOW ???? when i got dced again and logged in i saw my cloths not in the inventory even thought in between their was gap of 15mins and in those 15mins i changed my passwird 3-4 times SO is it my carelessness ,my fault , or what ???? pls dont make any excuse that we will do the needfull or anything like that coz its not my fault all the problem here is frm a3 side coz i neither plays from cafe nor i share my password and to show that its not hacking case i have those reasons mentioned above now pls tell me
Will i get my stuff back ??? which i buyed with so much lend and hard work ??????? pls reply me quickly a

i forgot to mention my lore was 198k now it is 707 what is this ???? even if it is hacking case u have to help me coz there is no carelessness from my side and i am 1000% confident.
