server down time was more than 10 hours i guess(is it more or less?), compensation given is 2 hour time slots(x3) at times different than server down time :?

i guess is its 2 X 3 = 6 hrs

but double exp

so according to them its 12 hrs :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
