We dint put Key loggers in your cafe please try to understand that, if it a Sify GD then we can check. If you play from other cafe you have to check for it rather than blaming us for it.
We do provide help for such issue by checking you hack issue and do the needful.

There is no such thing as an anti key logger.
What N-protect does is simply search for tasks of the most commonly know keyloggers and terminates it. If somebody were to just change the task names and run it, they can still key log.
Only way to prevent Key loggers is manual protection and admin's alertness. If you find key loggers in a cafe the admin is entirely answerable.

KEY LOGGERS CAN BE PUT UP BY YOUR CAFE MATES ONLY, AND THAT TOO IT WILL BE DONE BY A3 PLAYERS, COZ IF A PERSON DOSEN'T PLAY A3, THEN WHAT'S THE USE OF AN A3 ID TO HIM?
THEN AGAIN, GAME-GUARD AND N-PROTECT WILL PROBABLY NOT SHUT DOWN PROCESSES WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO THE BASIC SYSTEM PROCESSESS.
SO IF SOMEBODY PUTS A KEY LOGGER IN YOUR PC AND CHANGES ITS PROCESS NAME TO svchost.exe THEN GAMEGUARD WILL NOT SHUT IT DOWN, COZ IT''S LABELLED AS A SYSTEM PROCESS. ALSO SHUTTING DOWN THE WRONG SYSTEM PROCESS WILL SIMPLY INITIATE THE SHUT-DOWN PROCESS, THIS WILL PISS YOU OFF BECAUSE EACH TIME YOU START THE GAME, GAMEGUARD WILL BUMP THE WRONG PROCESS AND SHUT THE PC DOWN.
