Best Hardware to Play Games

Post by Dalastknight »

Hi All,
I'm planning to buy a new PC for mostly playing games of different genres like FPS, RPG,Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPGs) etc. I think my budget should be mentioned here, which is Rs 50,000.
Can any 1 of you suggest the best hardware, like RAM size, Graphics card, Motherboard type, Processor Speed, Monitor type etc which will be within my budget range. :? :? :? :?

Plz Help

well if u planing to go for a good higher end machine

that budget is a good one

see to that u have a good capacity of ram say 2 gb or so

a good graphic card built in memory of say 256 or 512

motherboard CPU depends
are u planing for amd or intel

go for a larger screen that helps u in game play

and if u get some good deals and config

50K is a lot. Ull get a pretty good rig fa games. Well fa first, u wont require 50k for playin on mmorpgs like a3. FPs....well thats a different story.

Try the new AM2 amd processors. Pretty cool. Require ddr2 ram. Get low latency ram. MB - try asus/msi. Actually check out this months digit..pretty much thorough wid it.
PSU - Swear by antec tru power
Casing - Anyone u like with good space/cooling
Monitor - well 17 inch will suffice, but if ur totally into it, which i dont think ur, try 19" as well.
Graphics Card - 7900 GT enuf said....

nope its not wise at all to invest 50k in a pc..at least not right now

AMD just introduced AM2 platform
Dx10 just round the corner....quad core processors comin in...GFX gpus changing constantly....i remember only a while back 6600 gt was considered THE ULTIMATE DREAM GAME GPU.... lol
