7. No we cannot clearly lay out the parameters for obvious reasons stated below.

Scammers will manipulate fake claims to make us spawn items.

Everytime you see someone talk here, it might look like we dont agree with him but what actully happens is we dont accept the scenarios they provide us in the forum or by mail. we use it as a guideline. If the same checks out from our backend logs then the credibility of his/her claim is proved. Same happened with DKM. We could see it was a case of carelessness by Pcompany which resulted in the loss of a shue which was still in actual usage by DKM.
9. I havent mentioned any sympathisers as a cause. Well if you are asking me why we were to help him repeatedly . . because we were able to. He was also penalised with delevelling and some items were not returned as penalty and the player was informed about it. Money was also swiped.

Thanks Gmfirst for detailed response u gave here. Even though ur answers for 8 and 9 are not what i asked for, but still i will take them. I feel the topic i raised here is like a class war, say between rich and poor, or workmen and employee. Both feels what they r doing/saying is right. I dont blame u for what (i think) u do. But as i mentioned earlier i belong to other class and feel for them and i m still not convinced by what u said. Ofcourse i can be wrong coz i have much less details to make it conclusive. But in case u were doing anything like this , this thread will surely keep u on ur toes.
To end it i have to accept u are surely trying to match the international gaming standards given the limitations imposed by indian conditions.

P.S. @Ritual : Where did i mention ur cafemates as beneficiaries. I just mentioned Bangalore cafe ppl( by ur own admission there are many cafes in bangalore). I cant help if u picked up that bait from me.

And what do u mean by saying Bangalore cafe has strong backing??? When Fennyhood got hacked it took more than a month to get his char back and 2 more months to get his items(G9 bow and Iarrtek), since they were investigating if the char was shared..

All the players who got their accounts back from a permanent BAN were given inventory swipes and character delevelling to allow them to play the game. Because our motto entirely is to let you all play the game without spoiling the fun of others. We try our level best not put any characters out of the game. At the same time we wont hesitate to put some obvious offenders out of the server.

And ur meaning of Permanent Ban = 1 month ban so that all can play....
This is real good news for all Hackers... Listen up HACKERS... Hack high lvl chars... Get the GM's to say "U R PERMANENTLY BANNED AND WE HAVE PROOF"... Just as they did with Sexysam they will have to release ur char too... So take a Vacation for 1 month and get back to ur buisness
