No use dude.they stand uptil 9 or round the clock for getting the reply pls visit A3india.com its better they go at 9.if u have any doubt A3india.com is round the clock --> go to forums section--> appropriate posting section--> post ur doubt -->with in 10 mins u get reply from either Arthas or IC-->see there are already guides 24*7

guides not playing from thier home

they have thier wiorking hours

any querys do post it in the forum where we can assist U on the same

and get the forum back to life

No GUYS i dont think like that see there are many players who play from the time 11.00AM to 9.00Pm and mostly at that time only we dont get proper responce fron guide bcozeach and every players just PM guide's, so when we ask guide's about any drop or abt monster we get a answer plz chk WWW.A3INDIA.COM, so i think that if they Go round the clock atleast that time we will get proper response and if we have any issue @midnight or want to know anything it can be solved easily

so what do u guys think

See when they stand after 9 or not u have the site where u can find so whyu need the guides for that go to the site.U see previously as far as i know allt he guides and mail support has played A3 and have a character so they know abt the game.It is just that the pressure they cant handle of constant PM's so not their fault that is why i suggested additional guides

Thats wright that we need More guides but there are some mistake in our side also we dont have patience till we get reply from guide,,, once we give hi and again we keep on spaming,, i am seeing many players from my cafe how they spam to guides,
so we can imagine the position of guides,, think abt it, and i think it will be solved as it goes round the clock,,

No need of guides .. this wht happened few months back ....

I was standing b4 guidemax and asked abt the KH war prize i was b4 him for nearly 15-20 mins for his reply and i got bored and i went to take on r4 boss (even thought i cann't kill it i like to tank it

) after 3-5 mins guidemax replied ... man i got confused whether to kill boss r guidemax .. while i was repling to gm .. the boss killed me ...........

This is not a joke ... sme 1 telling to be patience how long it can be ? thy should be trained to handle min of 5 to 10 ppl at a time ... untill this their is no need of guides .. thy should use sme shortcuts to reply and should categories queries to guides .. for eg : max to handle queries wrt to hack/bugs and lulu to to handle general info (quest related ,navigation ,shortcut keys etc) by doing this thy can improve sme thing

u can also ask co players for simple things ( not t hack issue ) instead of asking guides ...

PS : never ask guides abt crafting u always know whts t reply .. y to waste time .. just check t site .........
