yes dude thats really true,
though there is chance that the one with you deal in ur own city might actually give u the drop or wzs.
but dont ever never never give money, wz , drops or anything else in your own life to someone else whose not even from your town. or even if u started playing with him since he could be hacked or so and so.

From a player whose been cheated by this fraud.

dude diablo i got screenshot of 1 guy who is xchanging his 135 lvl char for uniques and in-game wz. (he told th he is dealing 2day , so he might be the hacker who hacked edgerocks)
