We decided to give you another char, but we cannot assure transfer of balance. Also there will be a penalty of delevelling. If you abide by these terms we can resolve your case.
Sharing the account puts your account at risk. No players account is at risk until and unless they give it to another character.
Since this caused repeated hacking using the sifymall bug and has brought it to a situtaion where you have to undergo char transfer, there is a penlaty attached to this process. This is to ensure that a strict warning is given about the perils of Account sharing.

we both used to play.he gave to his frnd and his frnd is doing like this.
i stoped givin my bro also after i got hack 2 times becoz i started this char and lvled it up .

Dude but 1 thing i know tht carl also got hacked same like this .
