Is sarghis droped by any creeps or it has to be brought frm NPC by spending 250 million bucks

yes i hrd itz dropped rarely by khainen......but not sure xactly..plz correct me if im wrong...

Sarghis has to be bought doesnt drop.
Grace has a chance to be dropped by Khainen not Sarghis.
