Hi guys ,

Now its p2p lets show tht v have rights to ques GM's ... k im setting a poll for customer satisfaction pls consider the following b4 u cast ur votes

1] Guides in-game response ( plz consider min of 1-2 mins to get res frm them )
2] thy way thy r responding ( whether thy r polite , able to solve doubts)
3] in -game bugs (no. raised n no.fixed n still pending for a long time )
4] Hacking (if hacked whether u getting ur stuffs n chars back t same way ,how long its taking ,response frm A3 team ..)
5] A3 site ... ( though GM's said it ll b up but i don't belive them )
6] GM's reply in forum (thy r fast r thy effective , GM's specific to choose t post n reply )

Ps: ps make this poll a serious one .. i m totaly dissatisfied with this game so i wanna make sure whether u guys also feel t same ..

Hi dude,

Its waste of time to ask these questions to anybody in A3 team. But according to my experience:----

1) Guides in-game response ---------- They never reply. Even if they do, the replies are like this:----

Player:-- Hi GuideXXXX I need help
Guide:--- NO RESPONSE
Player:--- GuideXXXX please reply its urgent
Guide:--- NO RESPONSE
Player:--- Please reply GuideXXXX
Guide:--- NO RESPONSE

Player thinks that Guide is busy or something and he goes back to his map to hunt. After hunting for almost 10 minutes. Now the player is killing boss in R4/C3/S4. Suddenly

Guide:--- Hi, How may I help you?

Player thinks that damn the boss. I will get him later. Finally the guide has replied, so lets talk to him. He tped.

Player: Hi Guide, I am having blah blah blah blah blah blah blah problem. Please help.
Guide:--- NO RESPONSE.
Player:--- hey are you there.
Guide:--- Hi, How may I help you?

Now the player beats his head with keyboard, and....

Player:-- I am having blah blah blah blah blah blah blah problem. Please help.
Guide NO RESPONSE.
Player:-- ?????????????
Waits for 5 minutes
Player:--- Guide please reply..
Guide:--- Hi, How may I help you?

ANd the story goes on and on and on.....

I wonder, what do Guides do at the time when they are not replying to waiting queries which is 99.99% of their login time............................
Playing Ragnarok or CS or DOTA????????????????? Please tell us too. We will start to login to that game and ask our A3 queries to you there.

2] thy way thy r responding ------- They have to reply, so that we can judge. Nobody can judge the politeness by only one reply. i.e Hi, How may I help you?

3] in -game bugs ------- I have never seen any bug which has been resolved.(I am talking about all the ones I know of, and I am not a knows everything guy. So I can comment much on that.) But the most serious ones are still there. e.g SHOP BUG.

4] Hacking ------ LOLZ, I know a lot of people quitting or about to quit the game because of this. This is real sad that if a G7 or G8 or G9 guy is hacked and everything is swept off his inven and storage. he gets only 2 or three things back. May I know how he is gonna buy his HP and MP pots to make money. Should he start hunting Memoras again.

5] A3 site ------- Thats the worst part of the support from the Admin guys. The Search tool is still not working.. I dont want to comment anymore.

6] GM's reply in forum -------- DO I NEED TO ANSWER THIS...... LOL, I had posted a simple query on May 17 2006, and till date there is no reply. Not even a Yes or NO.

Guys, I dunno why but this game is getting from bad to Worse day by day. Hey guys sitting up there running this game,:---- If these ways continue, You wont have any player left in the game.

I have one more point:------

7] PK -------- I know its a part of game, and i totally agree that it should not be banned. But guys atleast have some heart and let the noob characters level up. How fair it is that some lvl 12 guy pked by lvl100+ guy in Quanato grounds. I have seen some poor lvl30-50 guys being pked and RC and again PKED and again RCed by high level Holyknights just for fun in C1.Are the low levelers not paying for the game??? You have set a restriction till lvl 11. Cant you guys allow the pk only for the lvls who can atleast defend themselves. Set a level range e.g if A is lvl 45 he can only pk or get pked by lvls 40-55.

Guys just think.... You are loosing old guys(I mean high level guys) because of hacking, your policies and lot of other reasons. And you are not getting new people reaching high levels because of excessive pking. What will that leave on the server. Only memoras or peltons or other monsters. they are not going to pay the A3 subscription. Do something to retain old guys and to get new people join in.

i was expecting this msg to be deleted so it was , so im reviving them .... . As i said u have proved urself tht u don't care for Customer Satisfaction ... . U keep deleting t post t ht u don't like ... thn delete t entire forum Many have viewed this post n now u can c not even a single vote to support u .. allow this poll to run for few more days n check urself and improve ...
