Need Explanation!!!!

Gentlemen... Here are a few screenshots which my KH member Hellbound took while in conversation with Bane...

After a thorough research we all found out that it was WARMAN'S stuff...I wud like the GM's to give a valid explanation as to how Bane got these items...

Now watch the screenies and then answer all the questions given below:












Now for the questions...

1. The whole server knows that Warman was the only warrior whose SS had no eles and he was the only guy who had a 90 lvl shue with such properties...

Now how did Bane get Warman's SS when Warman's account was frozen???
According to my friend Hellbound, Bane was selling the SS for real cash....

2. Now who has the SS??

Most of us know that Cuper has the 90 lvl SS which is shared by Warboy and Cuper...

Now how did Cuper get a 90 lvl SS all of a sudden??? That too with the same propeties...

Some of the players have seen that SS... I guess Ankeetsinha has also seen the SS... When I asked Cuper how he got the SS he had told me that it was Warman's SS and he had bought it for real cash... (I had taken the screenie at my cafe... Unfortunately that is deleted when they formatted the comp )

3. Now coming to the items... The 1st 1 one on ur screen is a 20% mounted lvl 8 Shutern sword... The next item is the G8 spear(don't know how to spell it ) which is also a 20% mounted lvl 8 G8 spear.... And the last item is a lvl 1 20% mounted Gred Axe..

As far i've found out both the Shutern sword and the G8 spear (both mounted) is also with Cuper...

We all know that Warman was the only warrior who had the both the G8 mounted weapons which were lvl 8...

How did Bane get it and how did Cuper acquire it????

4. Currently Carl a.k.a Korath has lvl 8 pants and lvl 10 Axe.. We found out that, both the items belongs to Warman... Hellbound took a screenie where Carl had told Hellbound that the items were Warman's(Again he lost the screenie when they formatted the comps in Cafe )...

Now i did not understand 1 thing... WHERE DID BANE GET ALL THESE STUFF WHICH BELONGED TO WARMAN WHEN U DECLARED IN ONE OF UR POSTS EARLIER THAT WARMAN'S ID IS FROZEN???

The screenies show that Bane had these items... Now where are those items as I don't see Bane selling it???

Or does Bane still have those items??? If she still has it how did she get it??? How much did she pay Warman to get it??? Or did she hack Warman to get these stuff??? What iis the credibility of these stuff in Bane's acquisition???

If ur investigation is correct and if Cuper has all these stuff then how and where, from whom did he get these stuff???

If he has purchased it then how much did he buy it for??? (I'm talking abt the in-game cash)


And what abt Carl a.k.a Korath.. How did he get the Warman's items???

Now that A3India has gone PVP we deserve to get an explanation

I'm sure u guys can get to know abt all these questions.... If u think the have done soemthing out of box to get these items... BAN THEM... We want the truth... We want to know what is hapening arnd us...
We are sweating it out day and night to get SS and better stuff and some ppl take a shortcut by paying real cash... We all ad our doubts abt Warman being a GM char and stuff like that but I wud not like to touch upon that topic again coz it has been discussed innumerable times and u guys have nvr given a satisfactory explanation abt Warman... How, where when he levelled up... How he got the stuff... No1 knows...

Its disappointing yet i will do my best to clear your doubts.

First of all Warman has been banned and will not be released anytime soon. He was in possesion of many hacked items and was also coming up in the item transfer of many cases. We believe this is how he was possesing a huge amount of Woonz. None of his equipment as you mention has gone out of Warman. If you guys would like it we can post screenies of Warman with all his equip.

Is Warman a GM - certainly not. Through our extended shifts we still have players crying slow, how on earth do you expect us to level up such a high level character.

About the screenies you have posted. yes i see the items but what makes it warman's. What do you mean the whole server knows. From where did the whole server get this information. Can Bane or Cuper please come up and vouch for the information they have told you. If they would do that and also allow me to give some private info about their characters then i am more than willing to show origin and history of those items.

Carl told Hellbound, how credible is that. On what basis do you believe Carl . ??

Korath does not have Warman's items either. Nobody does. Only Warman has his items. As i mentioned before i can provide ample evidence for it.

Next time Ritual spend some time on research and you can try asking us in private before raising such a large scale accusation in public. Dont be just another "GM's are cheats" voice on the forum.

ritual how can u assume tht those items can be the only ones on the ENTIRE server??
altough how they all ended up in banes hands is question to answer ...and moreover how would an archer come to possess such a cache of warrior items!?!?

I can clear all your doubts but i am restricted by something called player's privacy. So if Bane and Cuper dont have issues about some private things about their statements and items i can bring the whole SUN down on this. So all of you can see whats going on.

Hellbound, We asked for proof, yes none of you could get any. When we got enoug ourselves we went ahead and banned that character. If you dont understand why we ask for proof, let me explain. Tomorrow if some player who got annoyed that you didnt let him KS around you will come and tell in the forums, Hellbound knows all gamejockeys and local managers from bombay. Thats how he is high level and strong. You can conuter argue everybody knows who i am on this server. On the contrary that everybody accounts to a very small amount of people you know. He will get a few of his friends to come and talk in the forums too. Just Imagine how pleasing it would be if we were to just go by his words and freeze your account for investigation, leave alone banning. You would raise the whole city ...

FBI asks for proof because they are an investigatin agency. Any investigating agency needs proof to prosecute and convict. Same applies to us when comes to investigating non manner activities in A3. Evidence and hence 'proof of act' is the fundemental requirement of every investigation. We certainly need it and will continue to act based on it. No doubt about that.

Arcangles - We have no issues about players raising issues and clearing their doubts, but then we know so much of the behind the scenes activities that we know what are the real intentions. Also calling Warman a GM is baseless. Time and again repeated it is more than just clearing a doubt - its an accusation about our credibility. We are bound to take it hard.

The character 'Warman' has been banned and nobody will see him around for a year. None of the items reported to be with bane are from Warman. We checked that up. Bane will have to follow this up and clear it. I doubt he can since that account has not been with the actual owner in a long time.

Before starting off i wud like u ask u guys 1 thing...

How do u want me to tell u guys in private... How many times have GM's been online... I had asked Guidemax several times that "I want to talk to ne of the GM's... It is very important.. Are any GM's online???" The reply of the Guides was the same old macro... Plz write to "[email protected]" ... Now how wud u want me to tell u personally...

If i had to voice myself as "Gm's are cheats" then i wud have declared in the post that GM's have given those items to Bane which is now with Cuper... Instead I asked u guys how and from where they got those items... Nvr mind u guys have always been tryig to find mistakes in others when we try to point out something from ur end...

It is just that we found some unusually things happening around us which I wanted it to be clarified by u guys when all were suspecting the GM's involvement in it...

And what is wrong in coming out in public... It is just that every1 will know what is happening around them... And what r forums meant for??? To voice our opinion... Be it ProGM's or against GM's... I thought u guys are going to learn from u mistakes and stuff.. From what u have written now it seems u guys think "I'm Mr. Perfect".

A GM can make even a Khanien to spawn at the middle of a town... My friend has a private server(I know we are not supposed to talk abt Pvt servers here but just to make this pont clear i'm mentioning it) and he has done it... How difficult it is to make a lvl 150 player with all lvl 8 stuff and max ops... How did u create Guidemax and Guidelulu to lvl 161... Don't tell me u played the game and got them to G10 with max ops... And u need not have to lvl up a char Just change a few codes... Viola... U have Warman, Dredreck, Renshin and Diva...

As i told in my post I wud not want to touch upon that topic... Coz it is pointless as far as this subject is concerned...

About the screenies you have posted. yes i see the items but what makes it warman's. What do you mean the whole server knows. From where did the whole server get this information.

Warman was the second player on server to make an SS after Fennyhood... A lot of eagerness to see a warrior SS had gripped the server.. After lot's of requests Warman opened a shop with the SS... Then all the players had seen his SS and commented on his SS... WHoever saw the SS knew that Warman made an SS without ne eles...

We have pretty decent memory power to remember some finer details abt other players as it becomes very important for our gameplay...

After Warman, Carl was the second warrior who made a warrior SS... Do u want me to tell the properties of Carl's SS also??? I won't mind...
Later it was followed by a string of other warriors... I know each and every warrior's SS properties... While doing our research we found out that no other warrior other than Warman had a non-ele SS... That is what i meant by telling the whole server knows that Warman is the only warrior with a non-ele SS... Ask ne player u want... They wud definately agree with me that Warman had a non-ele SS...

That is how we confirmed that Bane was having Warman's SS....

Now wud u care explaining how Bane got that SS... If it is a 90 lvl SS then it shud be Warman's... Coz the only other warriors who's SS is above lvl 90 is Ankeetsinha, Quad and Korath...

And what abt those mounted items??? Again how did Bane get those items... Ask ne old player (for e.g. Lifestealer, Xplode, Chief, etc, etc) every1 knows that only Warman had mounted Shutren and Destril which were lvl 8... Even now there is no Axe warrior who has a 20% mounted Shutren and Destril... So again that is evidence enough to say that it belongs to Warman...

Korath does not have Warman's items either. Nobody does. Only Warman has his items. As i mentioned before i can provide ample evidence for it.

And how difficult is it for u to create another Warman in a different account with a different name just as Carl became Korath??? And how difficult is it for u guys to make items and get the screenies of those items... As I said before, It is ur game... U can create whatever u want just for the evidence... We are not dumb enough to understand that much...
