A Question!!

Hi Gm I have a very important Question In mind can You please clear it.

1.If Our accounts Is about to get over(I mean the pins) and if we want to pay in advance for the next month then that date(Date on which we paid advance) will be counted as the Expiry date for next month or the pin will be active from the Expiry date of the first 1 pin like if my account is Geting over On 27th August and I pay a Advance for the next month on the date 20th August the new pin which I will get will be activated on 27th or 20th and the Expiry date will be 27th September or 20th September.In Simple words I mean if I Pay for the pin in Advance and activate on the same day will the pin be in Pipeline or my account would be renewed from that day.
(In all above cases I am talking about the Rs 250 1 month subscription)

When you renew a new package if you already have a current package active then it is simply Pipelined and not activated. When the currect package expires the new package will activate automatically. So the expiry will be counted from the day your current package expired.

In your case if your account expires on say 15th august. You renew your account anytime today or tomorrow by entering the 16 Digit PIN and PASS. It will be pipelined. on August 15, it will become active and will expire 1 month from then on. This way you maintain sufficient balance before your account expires so it automatically starts using the next renewal and you dont have to see that expiry message.
