Crafting Question

I have a question regarding crafting. Suppose i have a G3 level 3 item and i wish to craft a G4 item with it. My question is, will the resulting G4 item be G4 level 1 or G4 level 3 or random G4 level X depending on identification?

You will get the item as level 1.

What if the g3 item has blessing? will the crafted G4 item have blessing too? or is it a chance?

I dont know about blessing but i once crafted a G4 xBow from a G3 one that had the additional attack attribute. The G4 xBow too had the additional attack attribute.

i wud like to correct GMdiablo here.

when u upgrade(increase in grade,eg. G3 to G4) an item , the following things happen.

1. May fail - forget about this part right now.

2. On success -
a. Items Grade is increased - obviously
b. Items lvl may be decreased by 1(may remain same also, this is random)
c. Item retains all it's options including bless and mounting
d. The values of options reman same.

I have done in past , so no doubts about it.
(a. i had a 10% mounted g1. Made it lvl 10 through crafting, i upgraded it to g6, it was still at lvl 8
b. i tried again with another g1. Made it lvl 10 through crafting, upgraded to Grade 6, it went down to lvl 5 during the course of upgrading)

i did upgrading soooooooooooo many times while crafting my mounted g7 and item lvl never went down by 2 lvls. is it a new patch that makes items lvl 1 when upgraded?

High possibility is getting the item as level 1.

i NEVER got item to lvl 1, did it like hundreds(yes, hundreds of times), never fell directly to lvl 1 from 3. NEVER.

if u have doubts , u can ask Dragonmage or Demonslayer whom i showed the Bjorn staffs upgraded from g1(after making them lvl 10 through crafting). 1 of them was lvl 5 other at lvl 8. (lvl 1???? we are talking about g1 to g6, 5 upgrades!!!! on 2 staffs. never went to lvl 1)

If Bless has anything to do with it, all items i used had bless and i didnt use eutuxias. (if there are variations in this regard)
