plz update me about the details of my hacked id

hi i have mailed about my id which was hacked .the complaint was taken more than a week back and my id is not back yet . when i send mail to the customer support team i am getting the automated reply asking for details like a new complaint is being taken.the reply which they gave when my complaint was taken was its been sent to the respective team and i will be reverted soon and guides are not able to give me an answer about this and i cant find a GM logged in at anytime i try so plz let me know when my id and stuff will be back

Did you send a mail to [email protected].
If not then plz do it now.

i have made the complaint to [email protected] and the refrence nuber for the reply mail they gave is INTERACTID:1879606.after this i had sent several mails enquiring wether my account is back or not and the support team is giving reply with that automated response asking for details(i doubt wether they read it fully or not)i have postedd this topic here asking for the position of my id which was hacked and complaint was taken already i just want to know when my id will be back
