This was a photograph competition/event, not photoshop event. As such it cant be photoshooped. The jury had multiple screenings of the proofs that such a "site" exist in real world. Btw forgot to mention the category was "Outdoors".

P.S. A3 ppl have seen so much photoshop works and are used to such jargons that even real world seems to be photoshopped. Day is not far when someone might say that these vegetables r too fresh.... must have been photoshopped. . I just posted this so that we can appretiate a new idea that the builder of such a "smoking zone" implemented. Indeed commendable.
