wht is going on from 13th of june i am w8ing for my char ( vinodin )back & now i got my pass word back & still it is freezed 4 days back i got my pass word back & wht about muskaann. javed is back i have 2 give him his stuff back 2 him he is asking me & u r not unfreezeing muskaann wht is this i dont understand how long willl it take 2 investigate i want my answer & my char's ( vinodin & muskaann ) back 2day 2day date 28th of june & time is 2:35 pm lets see how fast u reply 2 all

Javed got hacked repeatedly four to five times. Hence he wrote a mail about his character to us. In response we froze the character to investigate. But you see it gets very difficult and time taking when you share items and accounts. Its very difficult to differentiate the hacker from you then. Seeing the mass transfer of items to your char's we froze yours for investigation. Javed's account has been released now. Regarding your characters Vinodin and Muskaan it will be released within 24 hrs. I hope you understand the delay due to the complications caused from sharing accounts.
