I have had a problem with my strike rate since I started playing this game, I have sent all my ping traces etc to a3 support and to date they have advised,
That is due to my armour !!!!!!!!
Then they advised it was all sorted out.
The above was in March
Lastly they said it was my ISP server. ( easy way out for them )
I have 2mb Broadband and the traces show that when it leaves my network the ping rate is 8Ms when it arrives at Siffy via hopping with sprintnet the ping rate increases dramatically.
I have consulted with my ISP who confirm that the problem lies with Siffy.
To prove this I tried playing the game on my brothers network which is different ISP to mine, and is 4Mb broadband and the results were the same.
I have emailed A3 Support for assistance and offered a few suggestions
That was in May, I have sent numerous reminders but I get no reply.
I protest strongly the non-existent support your company offers
Please look into this as a matter of urgency
If it can not be resolved, then just say it can not be resolved.
With your permission I like to sell my character and donate the funds to the (RSPCA) Royal Society for the protection of cruelty against Animals if you can not do this then I will just delete my character.
The level of support from A3 in my view borders on the point of ignorance and incompetence
Many players spend a lot of time and effort trying to level their character, it is a shame that they are not treated with respect when a problem issue occurs

The glitch that you are facing is not well defined in the first place.We have done extensive tests regarding the attack rates and are confident that there is no such delay due to our routing or the server. This is proven by the thousands of other players who play A3.
As for your issue, we are yet to narrow the centre of the problem from
1. Your PC
2. Your Network
3. Your ISP
4. Your character
To do this it would help us if can tell me the name and model of your Ethernet card and your PC config. Also any other details you can provide such as your local network.
We understand that this issue has been causing you much dis-satisfaction towards the game, yet i can assure you we are certainly working towards higher customer satisfaction.
Nevertheless You cannot buy/sell any User ID's under any pretext.

My frustration has not only been with my poor strike rate but has been compounded by the lack of response from A3 support where they have not responded to any of my Emails.
My P.C is a 2.0Gig 500Mb Ram with 256 MB Radeon ATI Graphics card
My ISP is NTL (National Telecons Network) running on 2MB Cable Broadband via a Terayon High speed Link (no Ethernet card)
Minimum speed, 1024Kbps downloads 256Kbps upload
I have also used my brothers ISP who is BT Internet running on 4Mb broadband and the problems are still present.
I play many games on MSN Gaming Zone where you can see your ping rate in the game server; my ping is among the fastest.
The glitch as you call it is unusual, as I never suffer from bad movement, however my strike rate is very very slow, many players have commented on it, it is at least 3 times slower than normal, even the guide agreed when he watched me test strike in R1.
My ISP technical advisors have checked my Network and also looked at the trace file supplied by A3 Support.
They advise that when the signal leaves my Network it is very fast, but when it starts the hops via the routers to Siffy the ping rate Increases rapidly, if you look at the traces I sent A3 support this is confirmed.
They have confirmed the problem is the hops to Siffy, which is not their problem.
I guess I have this problem as I play from the UK, but I assure you the problem is not at my source.
Can you offer any assistance as my patience and frustration is now at its limits.
I would even ask you to change my Character to a mage of the same level, as Spell attacks appear to be ok.

Please admit that the routers you use are not capable of providing me with a suitable connection..... then I will quit the game and leave you in peace for ever i promise.
I hope some one sometime will introduce a UK server.......
