A fast hunter like mage gets 1 Nerider(L) in 1 min in maps like s3 and the like. i find it waste of time making new char for shue. i am lvling my 2nd shue on Neriders alone and it's lvling fast. Not to mention i get 2-4 Nerider(G)s per day in s3 in about 3-4 hours of hunting.

it's personal preference whether to make new char or not. i expressed my view.

Thinking of 70 lvl blood. he can't boss hunt. his attack wille too low to make any significant hunting by himself possible, even creeps will drain him pretty fast if he tanks them. his only role will be as a mobber and HP tanker.

in simple words
hi vitality and low defense = good survival/High expenses on HP pots

Yes, it's a good strategy if u plan to lvl it entirely in party.
Mounted equipment will be helpful for Blood type chars.

YEA IT IS A WONDERFUL IDEA! YOU CAN GO FOR IT IF YOU DON'T MIND QUESTING IN R1 WITH THE MEMORA QUEST FOR HOURS A DAY ONCE YOU REACH A SUFFICIENT LEVEL!

u can go for it if u plan to discard the char once ur shue reaches a particular lvl. hunting in r1 for lore so long ain't worth the time.

obviously i'll discard the char after i get the shue to lvl 100. nowadays, s1 and all are soo crowded, you dont get place to hunt unless you're in a party. so i feel its the best to do this. coz you wont have trouble finding a party at all, anytime of the day in s1.
