The best way to lvl up is to do quests, but will take time.
All the ones given here are the things that ive done and it works.
(I will keep updating it as I explore A3)
I got to lvl 40 in 3 days , spending 3-4 hrs a day, no leeching, no quests
just c3 hunts. Will be 50 in 2-3 more days.
After that i have to do quests
, no leeching buisness.I got lots of cash from c3
, and have a few itemsthat i havent sold, and is worth a lot.
I got cold arrow1,3 by hunting, got it in few mins using my secont
char, a warrior, and bought cold arrow2.
It will be a lot easier if you have a high lvl char for supporting your
archer with money and scrolls. I made use of my 57+ warrior
(ya i know 57 is not high lvl).
There are lots of spelling mistakes, pls dont mind them, just see if
you understand.
If Any info is wrong, pls make a post. Archers pls post your
comments, Rex/Eos - your tips will help.
For baby archers below lvl 10
Very fast lvl up
* When you are lvl 1 go straight to a healer and get all G potions
apart form the felmur (i know the spelling is wrong)
You need 80k for this.
* Head for c3 entrance, use all 4 potions ,kill cynik in entrance,
get to lvl 7 straight away.
* or dont use potions straigt away try getting to the map where you
see two small white circular spots, go there, dont worry if you get killed
you have nothing to loose.
* Go there kill cynics, get to lvl above 10 , above 20 if you kill lots of cynics.
* Go Elkenver/Wolfreck kill karterian/big karterian get cold arrow1
* Kill Templ nigte , get fame arrow1
* Kill noblem, grayhang get cold arrow 2,flame arrow2
* You can get all the above fast if you have another high/medium char.
For lvls greater than 10
* Head for the same 2 white spots in the mini map, and enjoy killing
cynics and peltons (peltons take a while to get killed).
Elemental attack matters in C3 (for archer atleast)
Make sure u have all the below when u hunt in c3
* A shue with good elemental attack ( all 3 attacks will be great)
Defense is not required , coz u will die in 1 hit (this is for low levelers)
* Make sure you have good all 3 elementa attacks to max in your
necklace ( not sure if its necklace or ring)
Buy them again and again till u get one with max stats
* Your weapon should have elemental attrs to the MAX.
* Dont waste elemental jwels on armor till u get above 50
Since archers will be hunting in c3 mostly elemental defense
doesnot matter .... u get killed in 1 hit anyway (for low levers)
* Your boot should have Raise critical hit by some % above 5
will be good
* Your pants should have Raise acuracy by some % , more than 10
will be good. So that you dont get lots of 0's when you hit.
* unitl 50 dont waste money one anything else (if hunting in c3)
other than bow, boot, pants , with above attributes.
* Dont waste money on getting new gadgets if your current one
has good opts mentioned above ,till you get above 50 or 60.
* Stay in c3 till u get to 63 (Or even 90)
For 52 - 70
This works if u have hk or warrior merc.
* If u have lag and unable to hunt in c3, or r2,c2 goto r4
* goto the place where u see a downward stairs in the main
circular arena kind of area.
* put ur merc into Attack closest or attk the enemy player first attacks
* Use stun shot to stun the monsters and switch to flame arrow
immediatly and shoot, repeat it for every 3-4 seconds
* Flame arrow switch is for reducing mp consemption, stun consumes
lot of mp.
* The monster will not attack atall because of stun and u and ur
merc can bring it down fast and get atleast 0.20% to 0.10% exp.
Hunting in Nifl
* If you want good exp and cool drops , much better than what
cynics drop, got to niffl.
* If u got stun shot , the following works fine
* Enter niffl, and u will have few monsters in the entrance,
hit thme with stun till they freez, then march towards a circula
arena kind of an arean in the middle
* there u will see lots of spider like thingys called "Taunhuts"
* Put ur merc into no attak. Stun them and after stun hit with
thunder arrow, Its got 5K xp , compared to 1K of cynic, its bit
harted to kill but u get good exp even after lvl 80.
* Dont attack ne other except Taunhuts !! Beware of rangers, if ur
80+ i guess u can take a 1 or 2 hits from other monsters.
Taunhuts kill in 1 shot like cynics (attk close to 2.5K).
* Dont go c3 , neway its crowded and less monsters to hunt.
* I got a few G7 and G8s there.
