i cant log in

it shows i am already logged in please help early m i being hacked?
i cant select a character.

Your character is stuck in the arena. Please inform the Guides in-game they will be able Disconnect your character.

i cant log in the game .

it shows charecter is logged in click ok to disconnect

how can i then contact game gm when i cant log in?

cant u ask them to do it?

i dont have any other id to log in

please get me out of this trouble
