why is my id banned! wat has happened?

i would like to know why my id Durbaq has been banned.I had gone out of station for 1 week and when i am bak i was unable to login into a3 but was able to login into sify and a3india site then when i told guide she told me my id is banned then i had seen it in the forum.I have even sent mail to [email protected] dont believe sometin like this can even happen.

SOME M@#@ FUC#@# is trying to steal my id from me just coz its my id and lot of stuff in it.Well i have already sent a mail and i expect my id to be remove from ban list.
Just coz some F@$@#$ says its his id doesnt mean u can ban it.Then i wud say that fennyhood's lifestealer's id is mine wud u ban them too then.

And for ur kind information this is Carl here.I can proove its my id coz i had interacted to gmkarr with this id's charc prest to get bak my id carl when it was hacked.

MY in game charcter name is CARL,i wud like an explanation for this.
