he got it in c3 from pelton
something about a tri monthly drop or something

guess he got lucky

but unless your serious about buying it from him i suggest u start throwing up cash

no way will he sell it unless u offer huge anything from 350 to 500 mil should chage his mind about keeping it

if not too bad go start hunting day and nite in c3 s3 and s4 u mite just get lucky
